The application form requests limited personal and professional information so that the Consortium can consider the application and contact the applicant.

Purpose and handling

Submitted information is intended to be used to review an application, assess methodological fit and current capacity, and contact the applicant about the outcome or relevant follow-up.

Applications are sent by email to Arthur Henrique Bossi at Edinburgh Napier University. The website does not create a public applicant list and does not store applications in a website database.

Applicants should not submit confidential participant data, unpublished datasets, sensitive personal information, or material that they are not authorised to share.

University privacy and data protection

Edinburgh Napier University is the data controller for personal information it collects. The University handles personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

For an EPM Consortium application, the contact, professional, and project information provided is used to assess the application, methodological fit, and current capacity, and to correspond about the outcome or relevant follow-up. Application details are not used for advertising.

The University privacy policy explains how personal information is protected, disclosed, retained, and transferred, as well as the rights available to individuals. Questions about data protection can be sent to the University Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@napier.ac.uk.
